Any potential refunds will be determined at the conclusion of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-primary-color has-text-color\" id=\"complete-cancellation\">Complete Cancellation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Should the state association (VYSA) need to cancel the event in its entirety, due to unforeseen circumstances or causes&nbsp;beyond our control, participants will be notified as soon as possible and refunds will be determined&nbsp;by the Cup Committee after all tournament expenses have been paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-primary-color has-text-color\" id=\"gameday-procedure\">Rosters and Laminated Player Passes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>For state tournaments such as State Cup and Presidents Cup, rosters will be cloned from the state\u2019s official rostering event after teams are finished registering.
