{"id":5313,"date":"2024-01-03T15:41:48","date_gmt":"2024-01-03T15:41:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sportsengine-develop.go-vip.net\/vysa\/?page_id=5313"},"modified":"2025-07-21T14:12:42","modified_gmt":"2025-07-21T14:12:42","slug":"policies-procedures","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sportsengine-develop.go-vip.net\/vysa\/policies-procedures\/","title":{"rendered":"Policies &amp; Procedures"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-primary-color has-text-color\" id=\"cancellation-and-refund-policy\">Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-primary-color has-text-color\" id=\"tryouts-training-sessions\">Tryouts &amp; Training Sessions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>For cancellation or withdrawals received five (5) or more business days prior to a tryout or start of the training sessions for which a fee has been paid, a full refund minus 10% for administrative fees will be issued to the registrant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No refunds shall be provided for cancellations or withdrawals made within five (5) business days of&nbsp;a tryout or start of the training sessions. Participants will be invoiced the full cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Should VYSA need to cancel a training session, every attempt will be made to reschedule the&nbsp;session. If the session cannot be rescheduled, refunds will not be issued. If 50% or more of the&nbsp;training sessions have been completed and VYSA is not able to reschedule the remainder, no&nbsp;refunds will be issued.<br><br>Once committed to the program it is expressly understood by all players and their&nbsp;parents\/guardians, they are responsible for all fees associated with the program. Payment is due&nbsp;upon completion of the player\u2019s registration. VYSA reserves the right to suspend a player from&nbsp;their home club if payment is not received for any fees associated with the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-primary-color has-text-color\" id=\"odp-state-events\">ODP State Events<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Once paid, an event fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances if a player is withdrawn from&nbsp;the event. Deposits are placed ahead of time based on the number of players invited and often,&nbsp;those deposits are nonrefundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If an event is canceled due to weather, the event fee will be refunded minus 10% for administrative&nbsp;fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-secondary-color has-text-color\" id=\"complete-cancellation\">Complete Cancellation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Should VYSA need to cancel a tryout, training season, and\/or event due to unforeseen&nbsp;circumstances or causes beyond our control, participants will be notified as soon as possible and&nbsp;the aforementioned entity will issue refunds minus 10% for administrative fees to all participants&nbsp;registered for those programs within 10-14 business days*.<br><br><em>*Subject to change at the discretion of VYSA and its Board of Directors.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover alignfull is-light has-parallax\" style=\"min-height:260px;aspect-ratio:unset;\"><span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-cover__background has-white-background-color has-background-dim-0 has-background-dim\"><\/span><div class=\"wp-block-cover__image-background wp-image-1913 has-parallax\" style=\"background-position:63% 56%;background-image:url(https:\/\/sportsengine-develop.go-vip.net\/vysa\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/170\/2023\/07\/3K0A5621.jpg)\"><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-cover-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cancellation and Refund Policy Tryouts &amp;
