She finished the season tied for most assists in the league with seven, highlighting the Massachusetts native’s role as a valuable distributor.
Prior to Sporting JAX, Hughes starred as a standout in high school and collegiately at Providence College and Michigan State University. As a Friar, she recorded an attention-grabbing 27 goals and 20 assists in the Ocean State.
