Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay are also accepted!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All match tickets must be purchased online at <a href=\"https:\/\/seatgeek.com\/richmond-kickers-tickets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>seatgeek.com\/richmond-kickers-tickets\/<\/strong><\/a>. <strong><em>Fans save $5 per ticket when they purchase more than 72 hours prior to kickoff!<\/em><\/strong> Fans save up to $10 off matchday pricing with a <a href=\"http:\/\/sportsengine-develop.go-vip.net\/richmondkickers\/csplus\"><strong>CityStadium+ Membership<\/strong><\/a>!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All guests wishing to bring personal items into the stadium must use a <strong>clear bag<\/strong>. Full bag policy can be found below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No outside food or beverage will be permitted inside the stadium.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gates will open 60 minutes prior to kickoff, with some dates opening 90 minutes prior (3\/21, 7\/3, 10\/3). Parking lots will open one hour prior to gates opening.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General parking is <strong>FREE<\/strong> for all ticket holders, but space is limited and guests are encouraged to ride-share when possible. Tailgating is <strong>not<\/strong> permitted.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests are encouraged to arrive at the stadium early to minimize queuing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inflated soccer balls, or inflated athletic balls of any kind, are not permitted inside City Stadium grounds for the safety of all fans and players. Uninflated balls are permitted for post-match player autographs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Children ages four and under do not require a ticket for admission. Anyone aged five and older must have a ticket for admission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One (1), <strong>clear <\/strong>and <strong>empty <\/strong>water container is permitted per person (32 oz or less)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"matchday-faq\">Matchday FAQ<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"accessibility\">Accessibility&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Wheelchair and other ADA accessible seating is located on the concourse, adjacent to our Ledge Box areas. Please call the Ticket Office at 804-644-5425 x 309 in advance to request ADA seating or visit Fan Services upon entry to City Stadium.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"admission\">Admission<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All ticketing for Kickers home matches will be processed digitally. Single-game tickets will be sold in advance of each match online at <a href=\"https:\/\/seatgeek.com\/richmond-kickers-tickets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>seatgeek.com\/richmond-kickers-tickets\/<\/strong><\/a>.&nbsp; SeatGeek is the official ticketing partner of the Richmond Kickers Pro Soccer Club. Children four and under do not require a ticket. Anyone aged five and older must have a ticket for admission to the match.&nbsp; Stadium gates will open to the public 60 minutes before kickoff, with some exceptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"alcohol\">Alcohol<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Fans are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol while in City Stadium. Anyone under the age of 21 or visibly intoxicated will not be served alcohol. Alcohol sales will stop after the 70th minute of the match.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"bag-policy\">Bag Policy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Any personal items must be placed in a <strong>clear bag<\/strong>. If you do not have an approved credential prior to the match, you will need to take your camera back to your vehicle before entering the venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"concessions\">Concessions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Food &amp; Beverages are available for purchase throughout the stadium!  Please find the complete list of our options and locations <a href=\"https:\/\/sportsengine-develop.go-vip.net\/richmondkickers\/food-beverage\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"dogs\">Dogs&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dogs are allowed inside City Stadium!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please follow these guidelines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Respect other fans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep your dog on a leash at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please keep your dog on the concourse.&nbsp;Dogs are not permitted in the seating bowl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please clean up after your dog!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"epilepsy-warning\">Epilepsy Warning<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Fans at City Stadium may experience flashing lights which may be unsuitable for those with photosensitive epilepsy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fan-code-of-conduct\"><strong>Fan Code of Conduct<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sportsengine-develop.go-vip.net\/richmondkickers\/stadium-policies\/\">All fans must adhere to the Kickers\u2019 Fan Code of Conduct. <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/sportsengine-develop.go-vip.net\/richmondkickers\/stadium-policies\"><strong>(click here)<\/strong><\/a> Those violating the code of conduct are subject to removal with no refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fan-services\">Fan Services<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A Fan Services tent will be located inside the main gate for information on Richmond Kickers group opportunities and season ticket packages. Group leaders are encouraged to check-in here upon entry in order to pick up their group leader gift and any other benefits included within your group purchase!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"flags-banners-and-signs\">Flags, Banners and Signs<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Flags, Banners and signs of any kind are not permitted inside City Stadium, unless they have been approved by the Richmond Kickers Front Office prior to entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"guest-services\">Guest Services<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A Guest Services tent will be located adjacent to the main gate for information on stadium policies and general inquiries. Tickets will not be available for purchase at the Guest Services tent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kids-policy\">Kids Policy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Children ages 4 and under do not require a ticket for entry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"lost-and-found\"><strong>Lost and Found&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Lost items may be returned to Fan Services, located on the main concourse behind the north concessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"merchandise\"><strong>Merchandise<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kickers merchandise is available for purchase in the trailer right by the front gates throughout the match. Special considerations may be made for medical reasons. One (1), clear and empty container is permitted per person (32 oz or less).
