Accessible Seating<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

ADA seating at Phoenix Rising matches is reserved for fans with accessible requirements and their guests. Fans requiring ADA seating can purchase one accessible seat and up to three companion seats next to the accessible seat. Depending on availability, additional seats for companions will be located as close as possible to the accessible space.

Contact sales@phxrisingfc.com<\/a> for ADA seating availability. Phoenix Rising will work with fans on a case-by-case basis to make sure we can accommodate any individual\u2019s needs. All sales are based on availability.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Alcohol<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought into the stadium. No fans under the age of 21 are permitted to purchase or consume alcohol. Fans are required to show a legal driver\u2019s license or passport when purchasing alcoholic beverages. Do not allow an intoxicated person to drive. Please use the Valley Metro Light Rail just outside of our stadium, or ride shares if you plan on drinking.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Bag Policy<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

To expedite the entry process, we encourage fans to leave bags at home. Clear bags, diaper bags, or medical bags are permitted but are subject to search upon entry.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Banners and Signs<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

All banners or large signs (anything requiring more than one person to hold up) must be approved by the Phoenix Rising front office no more than 48 hours ahead of the match. Submit all banners and signs for approval at info@phxrisingfc.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Beverages, Food & Containers<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

No outside food or beverage may be allowed into the stadium, with the exception of sealed plastic water bottles (no bigger than 20 oz. and up to two bottles per person). Soft Coolers and small carry hard coolers permitted. Large hard coolers must be approved by the Phoenix Rising front office a minimum of 48 hours before match day.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Birthday\/Anniversary Announcements<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Traditionally played at the end of halftime, commemorate your Rising birthday experience by purchasing a scoreboard birthday message for $25. Contact Phoenix Rising FC Ticket Sales team at\u00a0sales@phxrisingfc.com<\/a>\u00a0to finalize. Please note the birthday message deadline of four (4) business days before a game, subject to game availability.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Cameras<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Fans are permitted to bring cameras with lenses that are no bigger than 70mm provided photos or videos are for personal use, but tripods are not permitted. Video reproduction of game action and live streaming of matches is prohibited without express written consent from Phoenix Rising.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Children Tickets<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Children three years old and younger do not require a ticket, provided they sit on their parent\u2019s lap. If a child requires a seat, parents will need to purchase them a ticket.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Code of Conduct<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

To read the club\u2019s full Fan Code of Conduct, click here<\/a>. Phoenix Rising staff has the discretion to intervene in any situation if it feels a fan is not contributing to a safe environment. Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to the following:

\u2014 Foul\/abusive language or obscene gestures.
\u2014 Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption.
\u2014 Displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting.
\u2014 Obscene or indecent clothing.
\u2014 Any disruption of the game or event, including throwing of objects or trespassing on the playing field or in restricted areas. Sitting in a location other than the guest\u2019s ticketed seat.
\u2014 Fighting, taunting or making threatening remarks or gestures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fans not adhering to the above or the full Fan Code of Conduct<\/a> may be removed from the stadium. Phoenix Rising reserves the right to determine what is unruly or unacceptable behavior. If you are experiencing issues in-game, please contact the nearest Phoenix Rising event staff for assistance or text your concern to 602-900-0081. A Rising staff member will be alerted to assist with your issue discreetly. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Comments\/Suggestions<\/strong><\/summary>

Exit Procedure<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Rising fans are asked to exit the stadium through the two main entrances\/exits behind the north bleachers. Premium ticket holders can exit the stadium via the premium entrance\/exit in the northeast corner of the stadium, near the Just Sports merchandise tent. To ensure every fan’s safety, Phoenix Rising has a no re-entry policy. Fans who need to exit and re-renter for emergencies should speak with a club representative at the guest services tent behind the north bleachers. Re-entry accommodations are limited to emergencies and are at the discretion of Phoenix Rising.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Field Trespassing<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Fans attempting to enter the field of play before, during, or after a match without prior approval will be removed from the stadium immediately.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

First Aid Station<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

The First Aid Station on the East side of the stadium behind Section 111 just south of the Player Tunnel. If you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest Phoenix Rising staff member or head to the guest services tent behind the north bleachers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Flagpole Policy<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Only flexible PVC poles are permitted in the stadium. All flags, banners, or large signs must be approved by the Phoenix Rising front office no more than 48 hours before the match.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Forms of Payment<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Phoenix Rising Stadium is a cashless stadium. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted at the Phoenix Rising box office and at all concession stands.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Gate Times<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Stadium gates will typically open 60 minutes before the scheduled kick-off time. There are some exceptions, and those will be communicated on the team\u2019s social media channels and in Know Before You Go emails. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Giveaways<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Promotional items, or \u201cgiveaways,\u201d are available during select game dates to fans that possess a valid ticket on a first-come, first-served basis. One item per guest. Guests must be in attendance at the game to receive a promotional item.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Guest Services<\/strong><\/summary>

The Phoenix Rising guest services tent is located behind the north bleachers. After the tent closes at the 65th minute, please visit the box office through the Express Parking entrance at the northeast corner of the stadium.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Handicapped Seating<\/strong><\/summary>

Lost and Found<\/strong><\/summary>

During matches, fans may inquire about lost and found items at the guest services tent or at the main Box Office located outside the gates. Following matchdays. Fans can inquire about lost and found items by emailing info@phxrisingfc.com<\/a> or calling 623.594.9606.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Lost Children<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

If a child is lost or separated from your group, please notify the nearest staff member immediately, and security will be informed. Lost children will be taken to the guest services tent behind the north bleachers. Parents who are looking for their children should also head to the guest services tent after notifying staff. Phoenix Rising encourages fans to instruct their children on what to do if they become separated from their parents, guardians, or group.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Merchandise<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

The Just Sports merchandise tent will be open during home matches from the time gates open to approximately 30 minutes following the final whistle. Fans can also purchase Phoenix Rising merchandise at ShopRisingFC.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

On-Field Activities<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Fans who take part in pre-match, halftime, or post-match activations on the pitch do so at their own risk. By entering the field of play, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks that come with being on a professional playing surface, including but not limited to slips, falls, or collisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phoenix Rising FC is not responsible for any injury, accident, or loss that may occur during on-field activities. Participation is strictly voluntary, and by stepping onto the pitch, you agree to assume all associated risks.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Paging (In-Stadium)<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Paging is available in an emergency. Fans can head to the guest services tent to request a PA announcement. Phoenix Rising reserves the right to refuse requests.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Parking<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Phoenix Rising operates all parking lots (General Lots 1-5 and the paid VIP Express Lot) south of Washington Street. General parking is free, while the Express Lot requires a paid pass. To purchase a parking pass, click here<\/a>. Fans with a season parking pass must display it on their rearview mirror for easy visibility by parking attendants upon arrival. Accessible parking is available in all lots on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Pets & Service Animals<\/strong><\/summary>

Pets, other than service animals, are not permitted. Service Animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, are permitted, provided they are accompanied by the handler and leashed at all times.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

For everyone\u2019s safety, Phoenix Rising does not allow laser pointers, fireworks, weapons, nets or any other item that may be considered dangerous or may interfere with another fan\u2019s enjoyment of the game. Rain Check Policy<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Soccer matches will be played if it is simply raining. If there is lightning, the match may be delayed. If a match is postponed, the match will be rescheduled and your ticket will be good for that rescheduled match.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Re-entry Policy<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Phoenix Rising has a no re-entry policy. Fans who need to exit and re-renter for emergencies should speak with a club representative at the guest services tent behind the north bleachers prior to exiting the stadium. Re-entry accommodations are limited to emergencies and are at the discretion of Phoenix Rising.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Safety<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Phoenix Rising\u2019s number one concern is fan safety. To help keep all fans safe, the club asks all fans to abide by the Fan Code of Conduct<\/a>. Please be aware that soccer balls leaving the field of play can be dangerous and we ask you to always stay alert. For the safety of everyone in the facility, we ask that if you see something suspicious or if you observe violations of the Fans Code of Conduct, please report the situation to Phoenix Rising staff or security.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Seating Policy<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Fans should only sit in the seats which they have a valid ticket for. Fans may be asked to show their tickets if there is confusion over a specific seat. Seat cushions and seat backs for bleacher sections are permitted.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Smoke Bombs<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Smoke bombs should only be handled and ignited by authorized representatives of Rising\u2019s official supporters groups located in the south end. If an unauthorized individual ignites a smoke bomb in the stadium, they will be removed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Soccer Balls in Stands<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Please be aware that soccer balls leaving the field of play can be dangerous and we ask you to always stay alert. Fans are not permitted to keep soccer balls hit into the stands. Phoenix Rising asks fans to hand the ball to the nearest Rising staff member or nearest ball kid on the field.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Strollers<\/strong><\/summary>

A ticket is not required for strollers as long as the stroller is only used in the concourse area. Strollers are not permitted in the seating area and there will be no place for fans to drop off their strollers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Tailgating Policy<\/strong><\/summary>
\n

Tailgating is only permitted in general lots 1 and 2 and in the express lot. The express lot opens at 4:00 p.m. and the general lots open at 4:30 p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
