Our staff will proactively intervene when inappropriate or offensive behavior affects the experience or safety of our fans.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-column gb-block-layout-column\"><div class=\"gb-block-layout-column-inner\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading ghostkit-custom-xDRdL\" id=\"the-following-is-prohibited\">(The following is prohibited:)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abusive language, images or obscene gestures including derogatory comments relating to race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, disability or appearance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disruption of the match by a guest\u2019s actions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests seated in a location other than their ticketed seat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Throwing objects of any kind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized entrance on the playing field or restricted areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intoxication or other signs of impairment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obscene or indecent clothing or signs&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of smoke, flare, or fire devices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempting to enter the facility with an item on the Prohibited Items List or possession within the facility of an item on the Prohibited Items List<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"individuals-and-groups-found-in-violation-of-this-code-of-conduct-face-ejection-from-the-event-and-may-be-subject-to-additional-penalties-including-bans-from-future-stadium-events\">Individuals and groups found in violation of this Code of Conduct face ejection from the event and may be subject to additional penalties, including bans from future stadium events.<\/h4>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" id=\"prohibited-items\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" id=\"prohibited-items-3\">PROHIBITED ITEMS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-columns gb-layout-service-1 gb-layout-columns-2 gb-2-col-equal gb-columns-center alignfull\" style=\"padding-top:8%;padding-bottom:7%\"><div class=\"gb-layout-column-wrap gb-block-layout-column-gap-2 gb-is-responsive-column\" style=\"max-width:1200px\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-column gb-block-layout-column\"><div class=\"gb-block-layout-column-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"oakland-roots-sc-oakland-soul-sc-and-project-51o-are-committed-to-providing-a-fan-experience-that-is-enjoyable-and-respectful-of-our-diverse-audience-our-staff-will-proactively-intervene-when-inappropriate-or-offensive-behavior-affects-the-experience-or-safety-of-our-fans\">Oakland Roots SC, Oakland Soul SC, and Project 51O are committed to providing a safe environment. All other items may be removed from the stadium at the sole discretion of the Oakland Roots, Soul, Project 51O&nbsp; and stadium management.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-column gb-block-layout-column\"><div class=\"gb-block-layout-column-inner\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading ghostkit-custom-1MePXT\" id=\"the-following-is-prohibited\">Recognized Oakland Roots SC, Oakland Soul SC, and Project 51O supporters groups are permitted to bring certain items into the stadium. All items must be:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list is-style-default\">\n<li>REGISTERED and PRE-APPROVED by club management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliant with the Code of Conduct and not commercial in nature or offensive on the basis of race, gender, sex, economic or disability;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approved through the stadium security checkpoint; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not obstruct the view of any guests, cover stadium signage, cause damage to the stadium, or present any safety or fire hazards.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"individuals-and-groups-found-in-violation-of-this-code-of-conduct-face-ejection-from-the-event-and-may-be-subject-to-additional-penalties-including-bans-from-future-stadium-events\">Subject to these requirements and the Code of Conduct, supporters groups are permitted to enter the stadium with and possess in the dedicated supporters\u2019 group section, the following items:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pre-game tifos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flags on PVC poles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banners and signs that fit within the supporter group section and are not made of wood, metal, or any other hard material<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fog and bubble machines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drums and other instruments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" id=\"prohibited-items\">VISITING SUPPORTER GROUPS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-columns gb-layout-service-1 gb-layout-columns-2 gb-2-col-equal gb-columns-center alignfull\" style=\"padding-top:8%;padding-bottom:7%\"><div class=\"gb-layout-column-wrap gb-block-layout-column-gap-2 gb-is-responsive-column\" style=\"max-width:1200px\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-column gb-block-layout-column\"><div class=\"gb-block-layout-column-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"oakland-roots-sc-oakland-soul-sc-and-project-51o-are-committed-to-providing-a-fan-experience-that-is-enjoyable-and-respectful-of-our-diverse-audience-our-staff-will-proactively-intervene-when-inappropriate-or-offensive-behavior-affects-the-experience-or-safety-of-our-fans\">Items that are not pre-approved will not be allowed in the stadium. This also includes e-cigarettes and vaporizers. Smoking may be permitted in designated areas in accordance with California State Law.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-columns gb-layout-service-1 gb-layout-columns-2 gb-2-col-equal gb-columns-center alignfull\" style=\"padding-top:8%;padding-bottom:7%\"><div class=\"gb-layout-column-wrap gb-block-layout-column-gap-2 gb-is-responsive-column\" style=\"max-width:1200px\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-column gb-block-layout-column\"><div class=\"gb-block-layout-column-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"oakland-roots-sc-oakland-soul-sc-and-project-51o-are-committed-to-providing-a-fan-experience-that-is-enjoyable-and-respectful-of-our-diverse-audience-our-staff-will-proactively-intervene-when-inappropriate-or-offensive-behavior-affects-the-experience-or-safety-of-our-fans\">Alcohol<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-column gb-block-layout-column\"><div class=\"gb-block-layout-column-inner\">\n<p>Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Public concession stands will not serve alcoholic beverages after the 80-minute mark of a soccer match, or the equivalent for other events.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-columns gb-layout-service-1 gb-layout-columns-2 gb-2-col-equal gb-columns-center alignfull\" style=\"padding-top:8%;padding-bottom:7%\"><div class=\"gb-layout-column-wrap gb-block-layout-column-gap-2 gb-is-responsive-column\" style=\"max-width:1200px\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-column gb-block-layout-column\"><div class=\"gb-block-layout-column-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"violations\">Ticket Scalping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-column gb-block-layout-column\"><div class=\"gb-block-layout-column-inner\">\n<p>Ticket scalping is prohibited on the grounds of the Oakland Coliseum in accordance with California state law.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-columns gb-layout-service-1 gb-layout-columns-2 gb-2-col-equal gb-columns-center alignfull\" style=\"padding-top:8%;padding-bottom:7%\"><div class=\"gb-layout-column-wrap gb-block-layout-column-gap-2 gb-is-responsive-column\" style=\"max-width:1200px\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-column gb-block-layout-column\"><div class=\"gb-block-layout-column-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"violations-and-consequences\">Violations and Consequences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-column gb-block-layout-column\"><div class=\"gb-block-layout-column-inner\">\n<p>Any fan who violates any of these provisions may be subject to penalty, including, but not limited to, ejection without refund, loss of ticket privileges for future games, and revocation of season tickets.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serious violations or multiple violations may result in suspensions from attending future matches for up to a year or longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any person in possession of a smoke device at a match or facility or any person who sets off a smoke device at a match or facility will receive an automatic 17 game suspension. Subsequent violations will result in escalating penalties.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a smoke device is ignited at an Oakland Roots\/Oakland Soul\/Project 51O match or facility, all banners, signs, flags, instruments, and other items will be prohibited from the stadium and the supporters section at the next Oakland Roots\/Oakland Soul\/Project 51O match.
