Applications received after November 1st will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis within 5 buisness days of receipt of all documents.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After completing the requirements for a hosting a tournament through NYSWYSA, any tournament looking to accept foreign teams must complete the online&nbsp;<u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ussoccer.com\/federation-services\/youth-permission-travel-hosting\/hosting-process\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hosting Sanctioning Application<\/a><\/u>&nbsp;administered by US Soccer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Special Note<\/strong>:&nbsp;10 &amp; Under&nbsp;age divisions are participation only. There should be no losers, everyone is a winner.
