It is a three-tiered competition with the&nbsp;NCS, Presidents Cup, and Challenge Cup&nbsp;representing different levels of play.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teams will be placed into one of the three levels of competition. There will also be seeding instead of a blind draw and an effort to have less travel for teams in the early rounds of competition.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The NCS State Cup and State Presidents Cup will be contested in the U12-U19 age groups while the Challenge Cup will have three levels of competition at the U9-U11 age groups and one for U12-U19.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teams&nbsp;that win the NCS State Cup will advance directly to the US Youth Soccer National Championships while teams that win the Presidents Cup will have a chance to advance to the US Youth Soccer Northeast Presidents Cup. Challenge Cup teams only compete at the state level.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Northeast Presidents Cup will be held from June 18-22, 2026 in Simsbury, CT. National Presidents Cup will be held in Wichita, KS from July 7-11, 2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U12 Presidents Cup winners advance to the NE National Qualifier next June in CT. There will be no advancement after, but it will still provide an opportunity for your U12 Presidents Cup winners at the state level an opportunity to compete regionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the NCS State Cup level, U12 winners will have the opportunity to play in the standalone event in Maryland that is open to other U12 State Cup winners that would like to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Boys National Championships will be held in Salt Lake City &amp; Provo, UT while the Girls National Championships will be held in Murfreesboro &amp; Smyrna, TN. If there is a tie, the home team will enter the score for the game.
