Please call the Ticket Office in advance to request ADA seating.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Admission<\/strong><br>All ticketing for Independence home matches will be processed digitally. Tickets are also sold in person on game day at the box office.&nbsp;Single-game tickets will be sold in advance of each match online at CharlotteIndependence.com. Children three and under do not require a ticket. Anyone aged three and older must have a ticket for admission to the match.&nbsp; Stadium gates will open to the public 60 minutes before kickoff.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Alcohol<\/strong><br>Fans are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol while in American Legion Memorial Stadium. Anyone under the age of 21 or visibly intoxicated will not be served alcohol. Alcohol sales will stop after the 80th minute of the match.&nbsp;All persons ordering alcohol will be asked to show proof of age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Amenities<\/strong><br>You\u2019ll find plenty of concession stands, restrooms, fan services and other amenities provided for your comfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bag Policy<\/strong><br>Any personal items must be placed in a&nbsp;<strong>clear bag<\/strong>&nbsp;to ensure a contactless bag check. <a href=\"https:\/\/sportsengine-develop.go-vip.net\/charlotteindependence\/clear-bag-policy\/\">CLICK HERE TO READ THE FULL POLICY.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Banners and Signs<\/strong><br>No signs or banners, without prior approval from the team front office, may be displayed in the stadium. Inappropriate, negative or derogatory language, messages, pictures or symbols will not be allowed to displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Concessions<\/strong><br>Beverages and food will be available for purchase throughout the stadium concourse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dogs&nbsp;<\/strong><br>Service Dogs with the proper certification are allowed inside American Legion Memorial Stadium!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please follow these guidelines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Respect other fans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please keep your dog on a leash.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please clean up after your dog.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please keep your dog from physically or audibly disrupting other fans.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Epilepsy Warning<\/strong><br>Fans at American Legion Memorial Stadium may experience flashing lights which may be unsuitable for those with photosensitive epilepsy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fan Code of Conduct<\/strong><br>All fans must adhere to the Independence Fan Code of Conduct found&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sportsengine-develop.go-vip.net\/charlotteindependence\/fan-code-of-conduct\/\"><strong>HERE<\/strong><\/a>. Those violating the code of conduct are subject to removal with no refund and may not be allowed to come to any other Independence matches in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>VIP On-Field Seating<\/strong><br>The VIP On-Field Seating&nbsp;will open one hour prior to kickoff. Your food will be served on the field level near the Video Scoreboard. Please refer to the map for further insight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All VIP On-Field attendees must have proper I.D. at check-in and must provide proof of age to enjoy alcoholic beverages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ask that all VIP On-Field guests refrain from any aggressive or insulting behavior towards players, game officials and other guests. Any of this type of behavior will result in removal from the match.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lost and Found&nbsp;<\/strong><br>Lost items may be returned to the press box in the center of the field behind the BCBS Club Seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Merchandise<\/strong><br>Independence merchandise is available for purchase on-site throughout the match. Check out&nbsp;Charlotteindependence.com&nbsp;to browse our options!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Outside Food and Drink<\/strong><br>Outside food and beverages are not permitted in American Legion Memorial Stadium. Special considerations may be made for medical reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Parking<\/strong><br>Parking lots and ramps open two hours before kickoff. Please park only in designated lots and ramps. Please do not park in local businesses lots or CPCC lots as you may be towed. Parking is $10 cash or card. A tailgating lot is available with a limited number of spots. If you choose to tailgate before the game, please abide by all the county regulations available on our website inside the Memorial Stadium section from the main navigation bar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Re-Entry<\/strong><br>Re-entry is NOT allowed at American Legion Memorial Stadium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Refund Policy<\/strong><br>There are no refunds or exchanges on parking, tickets, or concessions. Cancellation of a game will result in a credit being applied to the fans account to be used for future ticketing or parking purchases in the same calendar year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Smoking<\/strong><br>Smoking is not permitted inside American Legion Memorial Stadium&nbsp;outside of the designated smoking areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tailgating<\/strong><br>Tailgating is allowed only in the designated tailgating lot.&nbsp;$10&nbsp;cash or card payment will provide you access to this lot.&nbsp;All Mecklenburg County guidelines must be followed. Game day, walk-up sales will be provided at the ticketing windows at an increased price. Ticket booths will open 90 minutes before kickoff. Gates open 60 minutes before kickoff.&nbsp;We will accept U.S. cash, credit cards and debit cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Weather<\/strong><br>American Legion Memorial Stadium is an outdoor venue and thus susceptible to bad weather.
