This role is perfect for individuals who love working with people and want hands-on experience in sports, events, marketing, hospitality, and fan experience. Ambassadors play a key role in creating unforgettable matchday moments by engaging fans, delivering top-tier customer service, supporting operations, and representing the Legion brand with pride. This is a high-energy, people-first role that puts you at the heart of the game day experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-theme-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-h-3-font-size wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fan Engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Welcome fans at entry points, fan zones, and activation areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direct guests to seats, amenities, and stadium features<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Run interactive experiences such as photo booths, games, trivia, and giveaways<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribute promotional items, merchandise, and prizes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Customer Service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide concierge-level service to all guests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answer questions and resolve minor issues with professionalism and positivity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a welcoming, inclusive, and exciting atmosphere<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Brand &amp; Promotion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Represent Birmingham Legion FC and partners with enthusiasm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explain promotions, activations, and campaigns to fans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage participation in marketing initiatives (QR scans, donations, contests, sign-ups)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Operational Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist at entry gates with wayfinding and guest flow<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support premium areas with guest services and access management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help with setup and breakdown of fan zones, activations, and signage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Liaison Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Communicate guest needs to hospitality, custodial, maintenance, and operations teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help resolve issues quickly by connecting fans with the right staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ideal Candidate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Outgoing, friendly, and confident in talking to people<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passion for sports, events, or community engagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reliable, punctual, and professional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable standing and walking for long periods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Available to work nights, weekends, and match days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team-oriented with a positive attitude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Schedule &amp;
