OUR MISSION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The most important aspect in choosing an organization are philosophies, plan, and the developmental process. Additionally, player exposure and assistance through the recruitment process are paramount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AquaSox Baseball has always made these cornerstones paramount within our organization. Our success in evident on field with the progression of our players and in colleges nationwide where AquaSox alumnus continue to lace their spikes everyday to play the game they love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AquaSox Baseball staff assists in the exposure process from 13U-18U (and beyond) whether it is the college recruiting process, professional scouting process, and\/or determining which showcases, camps, schools or advisors are best to obtain the most exposure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each player in our program, regardless of age, skill level, or stage of development is valued. In order to meet the needs of each individual player, an individualized plan is necessary. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DEVELOPMENT FIRST!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

AquaSox Baseball’s player development plan remains as the key component of our program from year to year. During the season(s), the AquaSox baseball staff implements a high level platform containing specialized drills, high intensity repetitions, and competitive approaches to advance each player both mentally and physically. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In and out of season, we provide the Curve App platform to assist in the players development year around! Curve provides a personalized, targeted approach to player development in all areas including mobility, speed, drills, power, strength, technique and the mental game!  Check out more at curveapp.com<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have implemented our extensive evaluation process of every player year to year, season to season through a platform\/app. This includes strength, speed\/agility metrics, intra squad (live play) and coach evaluations. Metrics are provided to the players which include national averages as well as the program averages.  This allows players to compare and evaluate themselves in all categories against their peers at all levels.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

PLAYER EXPOSURE \u2014 BEING THERE FOR YOU!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Regardless of when the player commits to a college, the AquaSox staff will be available to assist the player with consultations, setting up workouts, choosing the right camps, assisting with the professional scouting process, etc., creating the most exposure opportunities.
